My 3 kids are still bed wetting

My son age 12 and 2 daughters age 11 are still wet nightly. We’ve tried desmopressin and have alarms. We’ve stopped pull-ups for the summer holidays as the girls start secondary school in September and my son moves into y8. We’ve done bladder measuring and ultrasound- nothing wrong. I can’t take much more of this, it’s a nightmare. What happens if the girls start periods? We’ve done many attempts during the summer holidays and I’ve always given up under the mounds of washing and stink. Any suggestions would be massively appreciated thanks.

Have they been checked for constipation or faecal loading? It’s a common reason for bed wetting (even if you think the poo every day, they can still be constipated)
