I am 8, diagnosed with SLL/CLL (lymphoma/leukemia) at 79, being treated and controlled with ibrutinib. Side effects often hard to distinguish from aging. I first started needed and using Viagra at 75 for a few years it worked great, but it is not effective enough now. ED has gotten worse since getting SLL. Now I use Viagra, a penis ring put from the top of the shaft to under the testicles--and wait for about three weeks between sex for the sexual tension to build up in both myself and my wife. She is 81 too!

I use a pump for "exercise". It works well. I could not transfer a ring from the pump to penis, I have also put a ring on when partial erect and then pumped. That worked great, but I have not used this with my wife. She finds the idea too creepy.

It is not easy for old folks to have sex. Even when the sexual organs work, aches and pains get in the way both physically and psychologically.
