I CAN WAKE UP I IN THE MIDDLE ROCK HARD, BUT WHEN I TRY TO HAVE SEX EITHER ALONE OR WITH A PARTHER I CAN ONLY GET HALF HARD.. Have you been treated for prostate cancer? If so, that is common symptoms from having PCa. If you have not had PCa, then your age is the cause. Go see an Urologist. Maybe he can help with get hard meds.

I'm 69 and wish I could wake up "rock hard." Since you are clearly able to have an erection, it is possible that your failure during intercourse or masturbation are psychosomatic. Perhaps counseling with a sex therapist could help.

Regarding ejaculation feeling but minimal amount of semen this could be due to medication you take? I take medication and I have the feeling but same just a small amount of semen sometimes dry ejaculation too.
