Erectile dysfunction

I am only 21 and i have been suffering from erectile dysfunction for approximately 6months - not being able to get an erection at all. I have bought over the counter tablets such as viagra from pharmacys which have had literally zero help at all. All i read on the internet is bad things about it and how hard it is to reverse it. I live a healthy and active lifestyle i exercise 4/5times a week and i am at a healthy weight i dont smoke and drink alcohol maybe 3/4 times a month. Unexpectedly about 2months ago i met this girl and even though i knew about the problems i had we have been seeing eachother but i have never got an erection with her and I always have to make an excuse about not having sex with her. I am too scared to tell her as i have not known her that long. This is really affecting my life and making me down and depressed. I am also too scared to tell anyone about this as its embarrassing and i am starting to think there is no solution to the problem.

Does anyone have any successful storys on this topic and any advice would would be great and is much needed as i really dont know where to go from here! :(

Hi Jonjo,

The first step is to find out what the cause of your problem is. It can be physiological or psychological. Either one, there are many options to help you from simply consultations with a sexual psychiatric to most invasive solution which is prothesis implantation.

ED is a disorder like all other illness so there no need to be embarrassed about. Be open to the girl you are seeing and if she really likes you, she will understand and if not probably she is not a right person.

Hi Jonjo, Like Farira has said the causes ofE.D. can vary. First stop see your Doctor and get a diagnosis if possible. Erectile dysfunction can be a stony road with lots of dissapointments. However if you can identify the problem not just the symptoms then you have a starting point. A vacuum erection devise can help as you go along exploring different treatments. Nothing worked for me but the vet. Its absolutely reliable and gives me a good erection every time. Have a look at Frank Talk its awesome site with loads of info on this subject from men with Ed and of allage groups. All the best mate

you need to seek help of a urologist to make sure there is not a serious underlying cause. Make sure you see a board certified urologist. Often times ED issues are the first sign of something else.

I am looking at this:

mayoclinic.org/diseases-con...

I'm not seeing anything that would afflict someone as young as you. Go see a urologist. Don't wait.

Hi Jonjo,

Im 21, having a similar problem, im going through treatment now, cant tell you a lot for the solution Of the problem, but for the most part go see an urologist. I think my and your Problem is psychological, you are gonna need some kind of medicine obviously, the doc is gonna tell you what to take, also train hard, lift heavy and try to boost your confidence, these are natural ways to pick up your testosterone levels. If its not psychological problem the doc is going to resolve the problem. Dont worry about it, im sure everything will be alright! Once i have improvement i’ll write again. Feel free to ask anything

Quick update, got a new medicine from my urologist and i got to see improvement! My libido rose up a bit and for the first time in 4 months on my own I wanted to masturbate, without watching anything or getting stimulated. Look for Icariin (epimedium koreanum) I’m five days in and i can feel a change. Cheers, hope you went to the doc and you are working on the problem!

Can anyone give me any help on trying to tell my girlfriend about this. She has been working away for 2 weeks on a trip and is home tomorrow. Since she left i have had sleepless nights thinking about ways to tell her because i know we havent seen eachother that long so is probably going to leave me. If it was any othee girl id make up an excuse and just write the relationship off completely but with this girl i cant lose her but im so afraid i already have.

Being a really horny guy myself with a lot of interest in cock issues I keep abreast of the drugs and have used Viagra and Cialis. They work differently and both have their fun affects. I also checked the website you mentioned himsedpillS.com and saw that their prices were crazy high. In the United States generic Viagra. Come on now! That website is ripping you off. My experience with both of those pills I mentioned is good and I get a great hard on with either one of them that can last A really long time. Cialis is active in your system for 36 hours and after taking Cialis your cock is ready for action and you can suck and fuck for a long time with it in your system. Viagra does not last as long, but I noticed that with Viagra my cock is harder then with Cialis. But of course, that may depend upon who is working it for me!👍👍🙌🏻 Feel free to ask any more questions. I would be glad to hear from you and we could talk about anything you were interested in. Don’t be shy or embarrassed. Life changes over time and We all have issues that we are curious about. G.
