Of the men who were rotor routed by the PC surgery, how do you jack off? Do you have to manipulate your cock in a certain way to achieve orgasm, and how do you do it? IF so, how intense is your orgasm?

I have to manipulate my penis and massage it real fast, while watching a porno flick. It takes me about 3 to 5 minutes. My mind is super concentrated in sexual memories. The orgasm is intense (not as good as before surgery), lasts only moments (a minute or two) and then everything subsides real fasts. I don't ejaculate. Sometimes a couple of pee drops come out; sometimes nothing at all.

if I may ask.. what type of porn do you watch? I've found that certain porn does absolutely nothing, while other types get me off extremely fast.

OK, I'm a year and a half out of RALP surgery, so I have some experience masturbating since. The way I jack off is to, first, take 60-80mg of sildenafil (Viagra in 20mg tablets--cheap from Safeway and others through GoodRX), wait an hour or so (until I see the damn blue light!). Especially now, I need erotic videos for the Viagra to work. I just stroke as I always did before, while watching porn, then I can get a halfway decent hard-on. I have found that, since I usually go for a week or so between sessions, I get to orgasm really, really quickly. So I don't overstimulate. But in general I jack off the way I always did. Some people are horrified by porn, think it is "evil", but to me it is a godsend in that it will give me a usable erection. At first the orgasms were mild, but they have improved to the point where they are satisfying. I hate having not cum to ejaculate, but the orgasm itself is good.

YES ONE GETS BETTER AT WHAT ONE PRACTICES. THUS, THE MORE STIMULATION OF ANY SORT TO OUR COCKS VISUALLY AND MANUALLY, WILL HELP IMPROVE THE NEURO-STIMULATION AND ACTIVATE THE NERVES THAT ARE LEFT AFTER WE WERE HARPOONED BY THE PC OPERATION.

7 years now... porn and memory serve me well... always soft, but the orgasms are more intense than when I was fully erect.

This is an example of the abuse we guys with PC and no hard cock have to deal with. After 5 years of no sex , I broke down and started to explore the dating world again. First time out and I get this: " What you can't get hard, why you are no better than a women." Seriously> CAN YOU IMAGINE Looking someone in the face and INSULTING THEM LIKE THIS" I am at a loss.....

And people wonder why we masturbate. I tell others my orgasm now is more intense than it was when I got hard. I dont mind talking in private with men or women... and I have a few friends that love to watch and are amazed that I can orgasm without a mess.
