Find medicine for chronic epididymitis

I've been diagnosed with chronic epididymitis for over a year. My doctor prescribed me antibiotics, but none helped. The testicular pain keeps come and go, idk what to do with it. Have you guys ever be cured? What medicine did you take? Any advice is grateful, thank you!

Update: A friend recommended me a herbal medicine called Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill, it's made from natural products without side effects. I'll give it a try.
