Still waiting

Hope all u lovely ladies are ok well as ok as we can be, I'm still waiting 2 yrs on and off to see Mr Mann at new cross had my appointment cancelled yet again for abt 10 th time got one for 18 th now cause been assure He will be back but I got a bad feeling it will be cancelled again, is anyone else having this problem pls x

Sorry to hear you are being messed about with appointments! That must be so frustrating! I hope this next date you have been given does not get cancelled and you get to see the consultant! It is ridiculous how they are able to get away with messing you about! I hope things get sorted very soon for you x

Hi Cat, am sorry to break this to you but he won't be back I was there having my lap done on tuesday and they were talking abt him. I am under the care of Mr Murphy and a fantastic consultant called dr vanner did it......fone up and ask for her, she was great x

I'm under him and saw him in Jan, he didn't look well at all. I need more surgery and he transferred me to another surgeon at New Cross as he new I'd be waiting ages to see him. His illness is long term unfortunately so there are no guarantees with him Have you seen him before? It may be worth asking New Cross if you can see someone else if your appointment doesn't go ahead this time. Getting information out of the hospital is nearly impossible sometimes too!

I'm so sorry you've gone through this, I'm under Mr Samra at New Cross but I never see him, I always see one of his minions, so not sure I'd recommend him. I nearly saw Mr. Mann privately but that was months ago. I think I'd echo the others and suggest seeing another gynaecologist,

Sometimes to see doctors for example in a smaller town faster then in London, is it possible to look into it ?

Thanks for ur replys ladies, yes I've seen him before few times had a lap 3 yrs ago think he's amazing really want to see him, I've heard mr Murphy is more a cancer specialist never heard of any other specialist in west mids fingers crossed he will be back thanks again ladies appreciate ur replies xx
