full hysterectomy and cervix and appendixs removed but i now have problems with my bladder not emptying x

Hi , I had one April this yr ( total abdominal ) for the past 7/8 weeks i have been in a lot of pain and i have horrendous trouble with my bowels ! My doctor said it's all in my head , i could not believe it , i honestly cannot explain what i have gone through in the past 4 yrs with the hospitals , it's bad news really !!

yep im having same probs im gonna take this further its not all in our heads its all about the money they told me my endo will die but i dont think it will to be honest xx

I had a hysterectomy in 2008 , my uterus and cervix were removed but they left my ovaries in due to my age , however there were some complications and i have ended up being left in agony.I know this is not the case for alot of women unfortunately this was my experience of having a hysterectomy

I have since had another operation to seperate my bowel,bladder ovaries etc as they were all stuck together , there were complications again during this op and have been left with alot of damage , So whilst hysterectomy can help alot of women it didnt help me at all xx

hi ive just had a hysterectomy six weeks ago today like you , i had complications in theatre all my organs wer stuck together, so they got another team of surgeons in ther on me to sort it all out, but im in so much pain still , and have been bk into hospital 3 times already, im now waiting for a ultra sound scan to see whats going on in ther.. im in so much pain ..has anyone else experienced this after their six weeks op??

Hiya, I had a total hysterectomy last July (2016)

I'm still having problems though I'm only 28 and I'm 2 years diagnosed. I have 2 kids which is lucky as I never had problems there.
