hip, leg and back pain any info would be grand?

I get a really bad hot ache in my right side and really bad pins and needles when im sat down and my buttocks hurts to sit on lol sounds strange but it makes me feel like I wona cut it off just like to know if anyone has something similar and if I should go to my docs about it joy thanks. no exercise dosent help.

Probably worth seeing a Doctor. The way you describe it sounds like when i suffered sciatica!

Sounds like a trapped nerve. You're entitled to 6 rounds of phsyio on the Nhs but the waiting list is usually quite long. I have 3 prolapsed discs which pinch and put pressure on the nerves going into my lower back and down my legs, and have had them for years, I found Pilates really helped. You could ask for an MRI on your back to rule out disc trouble, but again the waiting lists are usually pretty awful. I had to wait a year for mine although that was a decade ago so things might've changed!
