Thank you! I've gone gluten free and am already a vegetarian. The dairy will be the hardest thing to kick. I've read conflicting advice regarding which oils are safe (I'm a coconut oil lover) and whether all natural organic dairy is safe or just safer. I'm gonna check out your page. Thanks again!
