hi, I've had endo for a few years and I generally cope with my symptoms fairly well . recently I've been getting a lot of hip pain on both sides and I'm suspecting this might be endo . does anyone else experience this?

It might be worth seeing a physio to check the alignment of your sacro-iliac joint, if it is even a few mm out it can cause a lot of pain. Mine was out of line for many years and caused me lots of problems, one symptom was extreme tenderness of hip joints.

But yes, I have endo on pelvic ligaments too, so your pain could be either or both.

Thanks, that's really helpful . I used to go to a chiropractor and one of the issues I had was with my SI joint . I see an osteopath now because I feel it's more beneficial for my back . It's never ending!
