I'm so sorry you are feeling so uncomfortable. My first port of call would be your GP I don't know what medication/s you are on but discussing it would be my first start. Perhaps you need your drugs tweaked I practice relaxation techniques and find those helpful I got some cd's recommended by the lady I see for reiki but amazon have several

Have you tried some gentle yoga stretches, I know exercise is probably the last thing you want to think about but I've found it can really help xx
