Am I the only one who gets Severe pain when being out of the shower for about 5 mins ?

I want to know why I get really bad pain when getting out of the shower sometimes, to the point where i cant move and I cant talk and am I the only one ?

Unfortunately Lauren,i cant answer it if it has something to do with it.but to my experience, I once thought that the pain has its own mind and will strike at the same time of the day whether u have the same activity or not..some would say I was crazy but they just dont understand..did u try taking shower at a diff time and still u have pain!?if ure taking pain meds on regular basis,try to take it before shower to avoid hving pain after..if it doesnt work,guess y have to see ur doctor or better yet,try asking if u can be referred to a pain clinic..try warm bath too and apply warm or hot compress on the site,it helps.goodluck and keep safe.

Its only on some days soo I dont know it could be at the same time because i have my showers at a different time every night thank you for your help, its nice to finaly talk to someone with the same thing as me
