What to do next?

I had my second surgery in Dec and i’m still in pain. I’ve been experiencing the most horrible pain the past few days, and i checked its my ovulation time. I have such a deep pain in the lower right side of my pelvic area and sore going to the toilet, even when passing gas.

I am not sure what to do next, i feel so deflated and sad over this as i don’t really want to go on a pill. I was told my endometriosis was removed in surgery and was hoping that the pain would not be here anymore.

Hey, it’s so so gutting when the pain comes back isn’t it and it’s so awful feeling like there are limited options. I don’t have any answers for you but have you tried exploring nutrition and physio therapy? Those things definitely help me manage mine. Also how much work was done in your surgery as I’m wondering if at 3 months you could still be in recovery so there is still hope maybe that the pain will go?
