Endometrioma and pregnancy

Hey everyone,

I’m looking for some advice! I’m 34 and was diagnosed with a 3 cm endometrioma on my left ovary about a year ago, which has also affected my bowel. I’ve been on Ryeqo since October 2024, and it has really helped with my pain. My doctor told me my AMH levels and egg reserve are low, so if I want to conceive, I don’t have much time.

I’m now thinking of stopping Ryeqo to try for a baby, but I’m not sure if I need a scan or any checks first because of my condition. We want to try naturally before considering IVF or egg freezing. I also know pregnancy might not be smooth for me, but I want to be sure there are no serious risks for me or the baby.

I was supposed to have a follow-up appointment in March, but now they’re saying I might have to wait another 6 months. I had hoped to discuss my condition further at this appointment, but since time is a critical factor for me, I would really appreciate any guidance on how to proceed.

Thanks so much! ❤️
