Random 10-30min bouts of intense pain that come and go… is that a normal Endo symptom?

So I have just had another moment where I was making dinner and felt completely fine but then all of a sudden I get a cramp that is so intense I had to stop everything I’m doing and end up sobbing in a ball on the floor, sweating intensely… then 15 minutes later in completely fine again and manage to finish and eat my dinner?! This happens quite often and it’s happened for years but I just wondered if anyone else gets this as a recurring symptom of Endo? I still haven’t been diagnosed yet so I am open minded to it being something else, but I’d just like to know if it’s a common thing as it drives me mad!

yesss this happened to me really bad the other day… but have had milder versions before!

Almost collapsed in Aldi, out of nowhere my entire pelvis felt like it was on fire and my ovaries were exploding mostly on my right side!

I wasn’t sure if I was gonna pass out, collapse, vomit, shit myself or all of the above so I just crouched down and pretended to be intently looking at the low shelf stuff, whilst doing breathing like I was in labour!

After a couple minutes my partner, and me reassuring him I didn’t need an ambulance he managed to get me to the till which I then proceeded to pretty much flopped myself onto like an extra item of shopping and let it drag me along! By the time I got to the car…absolutely fine!!

My was mid ovulation so I’m assuming it’s something to do with that or like someone mentioned a cyst! Even though all ultrasound scan found nothing! Don’t know how nothing can be going on when we have these repeated episodes!?

Sorry that neither confirms nor denies if it’s endo but it’s always reassuring when someone here experiences a similar symptom…makes me feel less insane/like a drama queen!!
