I’ve had my lap a month ago and am awaiting an official diagnosis of endo, but have been told it was present and that this is what has been causing my symptoms for the past two years. I have been on so many different pain medications prior to this diagnosis when I was being told the pain was in my head but now I have been told the cause I want to try more natural treatments or even anything that could be more effective. I have already been taking very high opioid prescriptions for around a year and a half so they aren’t really effective anymore which is why I’m wondering if anyone has tried anything else that has helped?

I'm sorry to hear you're in so much pain. Have you tried reflexology or acupuncture, these help me so much. I also read up on supplements that can help with easing the symptoms of endo and added those into my diet.
Good luck with your journey.
I found changing to a more anti-inflammatory diet really helped with managing my endo symptoms along with working out if any particular foods were making the symptoms worse - wheat and sugar seemed to make things flare for me. Managing stress better has also helped as living with endo is stressful and stress also seems to flare things up for me. Things like TENS machines and heat packs can help too. Good luck with getting your diagnosis.
