I find tramadol helps with the labour like pains, a tens machine and a hot water bottle x

Sweety I am with you! My doctors have just signed me off work for another week. I feel like I'm in labour at the front and my back is broken. I've just had my meds changed to codeine, along with 4 other pain medications... it's getting unbearable!!
