Post womb ablation query

Hello ladies,

I am 2 weeks post my womb ablation. I'm not in any pain, thankfully. But I have the watery discharge in FULL FLOW. I am in 6-7 nappies (yes nappies, pads aren't worth anything) a day due to gushing. There's no smell. It's pale yellow. I'm just concerned about the amount of fluid 2 weeks after the ablation. I was told 'a few days of discharge' in the hospital.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Should I be concerned?

Yes I know I can contact the Gynae team but honestly, real lived experience and answers from women who've been through this, means more to me.

When should I expect this gushing period to be over?

I'm still in nappies. I thought it'd be over by now

I haven’t had exactly the same - instead I had blood! Maybe the same rule applies here, if you need to change a pad more than once an hour, it’s time to get help.

I kept thinking to myself that this could be normal, but my surgical team said it was good that I sought help.

Sorry this is a bit vague but it’s the best I have!
