Ducoease 4 times a day. 2 morning and 2 night time. Helps significantly. Can be bought on prescription
I have started taking a combination of magnesium citrate and glycinate. Citrate is the one mainly used for constipation as it has a laxative effect. I found this much more useful than constantly taking laxidos and senna doctors had prescribed me. Also plenty of water/movement and good diet x
Which brand of magnesium citrate do you take? And what dosage? Thank you 😌
I take lactulose it's really good on your stomach and drink plenty of water peppermint tea.
I really struggle too with this. I’ve been prescribed lactulose but does absolutely nothing for me other than bloat me even more 😩
I’m so sorry it’s a nightmare isn’t it. I don’t know why it’s so common for endo ?
Honestly it feels like a never ending battle at times doesn’t it. If it’s not bowel issues, it’s pain throughout the body. If it’s not pain, it’s chronic exhaustion. Just love to catch a break 😅😅😅
Hi hi i gave up gluten, and my constipation completely stopped. I suffered terrible constipation before I gave up gluten. Sending you a safe hug 🤗
Hi! I struggled a lot with this, was prescribed so many different things but eventually they started to make things worse the other way, or have me acis reflux/wind. I've been using symprove (which has live bacteria in it proven to reach your gut alive) and I've noticed such a difference- it is quite expensive, but honestly has been worth it for me 😊
