Hi all. I’ve got suspected endometriosis have all the symptoms. Awful pain etc. what’s really bugging me at the moment though is when having a good day with less pain I’m feeling so sick everyday. Finding it hard to eat. Also been getting headaches. Are headaches related to endo? Does anyone else have this nauseous feeling?
I just don’t know what I can do to help it. Any advice would be appreciated thank you.

I recently just realised I was suffering with nausea on and off and only just sort of twigged it’s probably a symptom. I always thought oh I have a bug or something! But two weeks before my period this month I had extreme nausea and a really upset stomach consistently. I went to the doctors twice about it but they can’t prescribe anti sickness so I use peppermint capsules, peppermint tea, always had polos had hand! Also found a fan on me to stay cool, flannel on my head helped. I also felt very dizzy with it. Funnily enough it eased when my period came but I get it very on and off, usually around before, during and after a bowel movement xxx
Oh and I get headaches all the time but I don’t know if it’s a symptom as I work at a computer 5 days a week! However during my stint of nausea I had an awful migraine and I never normally have them xxx
I have that too it's a funny nausea as you still eat your meals sort of but feel rubbish. I find brushing my teeth more and drinking cold water help a bit. I think maybe ginger might help but I don't like that at all. I just wish Dr listened to how painful it all is.
Nausea is a massive issue for me. Got really bad May 2021 and I ended up losing 4 stone in weight because I couldn’t eat. It’s levelled off now but still struggle with it. I take Metaclopramide x2 a day and that does help. Eat little and often and keep cool as well as that’ll help
hey char! I recently started feeling the same with dizzy spells. It felt like I was on a boat when I was walking. I had bloods and they showed iron deficiency anaemia. Because we can bleed heavily with endometriosis it might be worth getting your iron levels checked? xx
