Endo and Adenomyosis Tips

Hi everyone,

I had a consultant’s appointment the other day after having an MRI back in October to confirm I have endometriosis but was surprised to find out I also have Adenomyosis. I am to be scheduled to have a laparoscopy probably towards the end of next year to remove the endometriosis but was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to manage Adenomyosis symptoms as I definitely don’t want a hysterectomy as I’d still like to try for children at some stage.

I already have a Mirena coil which does some work on my pain levels, I don’t want to try any progesterone related pills as that causes alternative issues for me.

I would be very grateful for any advice, no matter how big or small.
