I use one from amazon called Auvon. Can have 2 or 4 ports attached (if your like me and suffer in multiple places) different modes and intensity has small and large pads and are cheap enough to replace x

I also use the AUVON 4 Outputs TENS Machine for Pain Relief, TENS EMS Muscle Stimulator with 24 Modes. I find the larger pads more helpful and you can replace all of the pads with the larger ones if you need to, also the charge seems quite good at the moment too. Although I think it would be helpful if it had a clip on the back to attach it to clothes. I just put mine in a bum bag so the wires don't get caught on everything 😊
