Ultrasound findings

Hi everyone! After years of not being listened to I finally got a lap in the summer, nothing was found. I was gutted. Back to present day I'm in excruciating pain still suffering with every symptom of endo so the hospital finally give me a ultrasound only because my left side was so painful I screamed when they pressed down on it. The findings showed a multiseptated ovarian lesion and a inflamed left ovary. I've never had any thing show on a finding before. Is this a sign of endo or anything? Doctors brushed me off and I have to wait to see a gynea so just wanted to know whether to give up or keep fighting! Thank you x

The pain will not allow you to give up, you’ll have no choice but to fight.
