progesterone only pill

I stopped taking the progesterone only pill in January due to pain whilst having sex. Then I discovered I had a large cyst on my right ovary that ruptured, and recently had a laparoscopy that revealed I have endometriosis on both ovaries, womb, bladder and bowel. I can’t help but think me stopping taking the pill has increased the spread and symptoms of endometriosis.

I can’t take any other form of contraception due to migraines with aura and an anterverted womb (so no coils - I’ve tried 2 different ones). I’ve also tried depot injection, implant, mirena coil, jaycee coil, combination pill and progesterone only mini pill. The latter has been the only one that works but it triggers silent migraines that affect my vision and create tension headaches when I’ve on it for more than 6 months at a time. I also get heavily depressed and lose my libido.

So is it worth going back on it just to fight the endometriosis? Is it worth trying anti depressants to fight the depression whilst on them? I just feel it’s a game of chess with my body.
