hi guys! I had a meeting in private clinic today with one of the top gynae docs. Within the appointment he diagnosed me with a 5-6cm endometriosis nodule in my abdominal wall. My C-section scar is inverted on the right side and I can feel the lump. I’m so glad after all this time to finally have a diagnosis!! My daughter is 10 so it has been growing since I had her. I’ve had no help with NHS at all, they told me to try Buscopan!!
Has anyone else had a nodule removed at all? I’m having an MRI and then meeting plastic surgeon who will be doing the operation to remove along with the gynae consultant.

So I had c section 2019 and I’ve noticed a lump right side inside where scar is. Scan done and said to get checked for endo, thankfully I was already under gynao (otherwise would of had to wait 9 months) she felt it and said can defo feel a lump, but best to have removed and biopsy on. NHS waiting list is long, I don’t know how ling il be waiting.
I don’t know if it is endo, I feel 1st with daughter but this time round no luck after 3 years, hence why they biopsy aswell.
What were your symptoms? Is it tensor to touch? I’m worried because it’s a lump and I’m having to wait a looooonnggg time.
Hi 👋 I had a c section in 2012 and about 5 years ago I noticed a lump at the right side of the scar. I was fobbed off several times by the GP saying it was just scar tissue then a harmless cyst.
Fast forward to the start of last year when I came off the pill and then I started having such awful pelvic pain both on and off my period on both sides, heavy periods, back pain etc.
I had scans which came back clear and ten in August this year I finally decided enough was enough and I went private. On my first ultrasound with a specialist I was told I had scar endometriosis and adenomyosis.
I’ve had an MRI and there is one lesion that is around 5cm and deep in the muscle so my consultant has referred me to another surgeon as apparently both of them will need to operate.
