Endometriosis pain post laparoscopy

Hi all

I had a lap and dye at the start of May where I was diagnosed with stage 3/4 endometriosis. I had a 7cm endometrioma cyst removed along with the endometriosis scar tissue. My bowel however was stuck to my left ovary, meaning that my consultant was unable to get to my bowel to see any scar tissue in this area without damaging it.

Over the past month I have been experiencing mild endometriosis pain again and brown spotting before my period. Can endometriosis grow back this quickly, should I be worried? I have also been TTC for 2.5 years so was really hoping that surgery would boost my chances of pregnancy.
