What next after pregnancy?

Hi all

I've been diagnosed with severe endo 6 years ago after laparoscopy. 6 IVFs, 2 successful.

I've stopped breastfeeding in February and just had my 3rd period. It's not too bad yet but it is clearly getting worse every time.

My symptoms were always extremely painful, heavy periods, and endo belly.

I'm now approaching my 40th birthday.

What shall I do to control the endo? Shall I call GP and ask for a pill? That's what I used in the past. Shall I try my IVF consultant, who is a specialist in that field, or is there another option?

I really don't want it to come back with the vengeance...

Are you still seeing your IVF specialist for anything?

As you have already been treated by them successfully then you would be discharged back to your GP.

I would phone the GP and ask for the pill you have had before. If the GP refuses to give it to you due to age then ask for a specialist referral.

Thank you. I think I'll call the GP and see what they say

Thank you. I'm doing ok at the moment but I'm scared of it getting progressively worse.
