Help I can’t take this anymore

currently being treated for ‘suspected endometriosis’ not confirmed and currently still on the waiting list for my lap currently been waiting for 18 months and still being told I’ve been push higher up the list.

I have been admitted to hospital 4 times since December 2023 with just being forced to take pain meds and hormones I have tried everything that the gyne is suggesting but nothing is working.

I had my 1st prostap injection on the 15th May and was admitted to gyne ward for 4 days due to 2 infections on in my cervix and a UTI caused by the injection from my hormones dropping and my body not being able to function.

one doctor has stated to do the injections every month with the HRT but when I was in hospital a different doctor has told me not to take the HRT 😅 I swear these people need to talk to each other because forcing my body into menopause and then telling me different things is messing with my moods and I did lose my crap with him while on the ward.

I don’t know how much more I can take until they actually complete the surgery to give me a diagnosis and see what stage it is at before it’s too late.

Hi Sara,

I have had several ultrasounds and CT scans but they keep showing a large amount of blood in my abdomen but nothing obvious that would concern them. All my obs and blood comes back normal as well which is the annoying part then as technically I’m fine 😂😅

I have asked for an MRI while I wait for my surgery to see if there is anything else I have also asked to be referred to Gastro just in case there are other issues along side the potential endometriosis.

I did have an emergency lap in 2021 for suspected appendicitis but once they opened me up my appendix was fine but they noted it was suck and didn’t remove it. They also noted a large amount of blood in my abdomen and also white cysts but didn’t really look into my reproductive organs as that’s not their specialty which is annoying.

Just another waiting game now and having to put my body through the stress of menopause at 26

I think it's probably safe to say it sounds 100% endo lovely. You've really been through it haven't you! The problem is trying to live with it. Doctors give conflicting advice regarding HRT on prostrap and zoladex. If you have endo though you're probably super sensitive to estrogen or estrogen dominant. If organs are already fused it's possibly stage 4 like me. It's a tough one but I try to manage my symptoms through diet, sleep, supplements, exercise and more progesterone than estrogen. I'm not bleeding at the moment which is amazing. Good luck xxx
