Bleeding after zoladex

Hallo ladies, I am 40 years old, I have been diagnosed with endometriosis 17 years ago,, my doctor prescribed me zoladex 3.6mg for about 1 year,,, then I stopped it,,, I had no period for about 6 months,, now after these 6 months, I have sever bleeding,, severe amount and with long duration,,, did any lady face this situation before or knows the reason of this bleeding ,, i am so worried and want any advice ,, especially my doctor is on board now and will be back after a week,,Thanks a lot,,, wishing you all the best
