Visaane and Mirena

Hi all,

I have a mirena for a year, the symptoms got better but still not quite good. I went to the doctor and he recommend to take Vissane on top of it. Has any one tried both at the same time? Mirena coil and Vissane (or any hormone pills)? Thanks.
