I’ve been moaning for a month so thought I’d post a more upbeat post! Things to be positive about instead of the normal endo doom and gloom

Today I’ve been working but managed to clean up the kitchen on my break. And I have a nice weekend to look forward to too!

Outside is a bit gloomy but the grass has been cut and I love the smell of that!

Anyone else having any twinkly moments?

That’s great you’ve managed to do some positive things 🙂 it’s not easy.

I volunteer at CAB two mornings a week and there today. I enjoy it as it’s getting out and helping people. Can’t sit for too long so would be hard to maintain a proper job but it’s something. Remainder of the day is a washout though 🤦‍♀️

A GP once told me to think of something positive, that particular day it was not well received 😂🙄

Oh I bet!!!

Sounds great to have a role helping others. I often wish I had time to volunteer at some of our local places but so hard with work and family.

Still, this week is definitely an improvement on last week so I’m taking it!!

It’s great you are working still, as well as a family. Really glad this week is better 🙂

I volunteer at the moment as I can’t sit or stand for too long at a time so the volunteering is my way of doing something for a short while. Also means I don’t have to go in if it’s worse. Still hoping to get back to full time work.

sorry for the delay here… had a few funny days. I’m probably stupid working sometimes especially when I’ve been really ill but I do think it helps me and takes my mind off things a little. Good to have focus elsewhere. I volunteer as part of my role to get involved in an employee disability group too so that’s really interesting.

Can’t believe it’s actually a sunny Tuesday here today. We have blazing sun and blue sky. That’s got to be good!
