I get a headache through my eyes, is that what you mean? When it’s really bad, feels like forks are stuck in my eyeballs. Love to you x

Oh that is so awful. I don’t get that specifically, just constant headaches and when it’s really bad, through my eyes. Sorry 🥺

Does the oestrogen cause your migraines? I've pin pointed mine down to the oestrogen.

Hi there. I’ve been experiencing problems with my eyes and the optician suggests it’s Scleritis which is an inflammatory condition often linked to auto immune disease. I get steroid eye drops when I’m having an episode. Of course, this may not be your issue and you’d need to chat to your GP/Gnae/Optician but I wanted to share my own experience. My eyes usually feel quite ‘sore’ annd achy, slightly inflamed with red eye when my eyes are feeling upset. Interesting thing is that I’m on Prostap to reduce my endometriosis symptoms where I’m not switched off at the mo whilst waiting on natural menopause to kick in.

Thank you for replying my optician said my glands are blocked in my eyes I've been using an eye mask twice a day but I can pin point it to certain times when I'm having a bad period. When I'm on the decapeptyl jab it doesn't happen it's very strange. Hope your ok I think you just start wondering what is actually linked and what is a desperate issue. X

Same here, eyes hurt at the back of them if you know what I mean. I use an eye pillow to weight down to soothe the pain. My eyesight also gets worse and I need to wear my glasses during my periods. Sorry to hear you are experiencing this. Big hug

That's really strange snap just that for me too I was trying to tell the Dr but no they just looked at me gone out but the optician said it could well be the condition I brought an optamase eye mask which I warm up and gave on for two minutes and it feels much better. Thank you for sharing you don't know how much it means to know it's not just me although I wouldn't wish this on anyone. Xx
