just been told I have deep endometriosis on my uterus and my rectum. I already have a stoma due to Crohn’s disease and currently having prostap injections. Does anyone know what the treatment is for endo on the uterus and the rectum?

Treatment is always based on the effects of symptoms on your quality of life balanced against risks of surgery unless organs are already at risk from infiltration of disease. Everyone is different so there is no one fixed treatment pathway for everyone and these decisions can only be made in a specialist endo centre which is where you should be referred if not already under one .
