Weird feeling in uterus

Hello. I've been experiencing a peculiar sensation in my body that is unfamiliar to me, and I'm seeking to understand its nature. Specifically, I feel an unusual ticklishness in my throat, stomach, and lower abdomen, which seems akin to sensations in the uterus. This sensation in my throat and stomach appears to originate from a tickling feeling in my lower abdomen. Prior to these sensations, I experienced cramps in the same area, which I initially attributed to ovulation. This feeling is quite bothersome, and I find myself increasingly irritable. I'm uncertain whether this could be attributed to nerve damage or is simply a symptom of premenstrual syndrome. If anyone has encountered similar symptoms, I would greatly appreciate your insights.
