Advice please

Hi, I am 53 and had an open myomectomy 13 weeks ago for fibroids. The deep pelvic pain, bladder issues have returned. I had a follow up a few weeks ago with my consultant who without examining me said it’s a uro gynae issue, so I’ve been referred snd he has closed my case. Yesterday I saw a letter on patient access saying I had 2 fibroids removed & a localised endometriosis nodule removed too. I have had countless transvaginals, an MRI a week before my op and a hysteroscopy 6 months ago where nothing was said about endometriosis. I am going to make an appt to p see him and discuss this and my pain but my question is does this mean I do have endometriosis and why has he never mentioned it. I’m confused
