Kissing ovaries...

So my TV ultrasound found my ovaries were kissing with 6 cysts on my left. Andenomyosis and endo. Got my first private gynae appointment on Thursday.

What is the treatment for this? From research when the ovaries are stuck together it's severe stage 4 or 5. Just wondering if anyone else has been through this. My hormones feel all over the place and I'm constantly dizzy which is worse than any pain. Can't help but worry with the raised ca125 it's something nasty as u feel so ill all the time 😫
