Before my lap I used to feel like I wanted to reach down and just keep twisting both my overies until they finally came off. It really felt like they were the size of golf balls and Painful and i just wanted to get rid of them. Post op there not as bad, I know my left overy was stuck down when they went in to remove the Endo. This month I had really bad pain on my left side and couldn't walk upright that lasted about 12 hours. Natureschild have you had a scan for cysts on your overies too?
I have pain always left side.. and when i lye down i can see a lump sticking out left side .. aways my left ovary, i struggle to walk.. esp my left leg. and it sometime hurts left side when i go for a wee.. i question myself if i have Endo.. i have a number of symptom along with the left side pain.. but Doctor didnt think of any of these symptoms..

Hi again hun. Thought I'd give you my spin on painful ovaries....as we both have endo and HMS I'm assuming your ovary pain is similar to mine. I nearly always forget that our womb and ovaries etc are held up by tendons and ligaments. Your pain could be a combination of severe scar tissue due to the slow healing rate of HMS sufferers, the extra stretchy ligaments/tendons and endo....all that together would give you really bad pain. I have more pain on my right hand side where they cleared my endo than anywhere else and have been told that it's because of the extra thick scar tissue I create because of the HMS.....might be worth asking your reumatologist hugs hun xxx
