right ovary with cyst in Douglas sac ?

Had a ultrasound yesterday and the radiographer told me right ovary has large cyst and is in Douglas pouch - any one else ever had this ? - I had a ultrasound in February this year to have coil fitted to help with my symptoms of constantly heavy bleeding and nothing was mentioned then only that they couldn’t see one of my ovaries due to bowl mass - is this common with endo?
