My top tips:

-use a good title for your post, with a short explanation including key words/main issues

-the more details you can share about your own situation, the better/more appropriate answers you can expect

I’ve found it absolutely invaluable. Helps me feel “normal” and not alone in dealing with - what can be - a very lonely & distressing disease. Has supplied me with so much interesting and useful information. Has allowed me to connect with other ladies who have been through very similar experiences. Priceless!
