pregnancy groin pain

hi everyone,

I have endo and have had three surgeries for it. I’m 16 weeks into my first pregnancy and have now got really bad groin pain, sort of where I think my round ligaments are. This isn’t uterus pain and no bleeding. It came on after a walk this morning and now is eased when I lie on my sides but moving around for the rest of the day has been difficult. Anyone else experienced this / know what to do?

it could be pelvic girdle. Best thing to do is contact your gp. I had a very weak pelvis with mine and had to wear a support. They also give you exercises to help and I found sitting on an exercise ball really helped

It comes and goes but I’m trying to do some stretching which I think helps 🤪 xx
