Usual painful period or miscarriage?

Hi all, first off I’m really sorry if this triggers anyone.

My periods are usually every single 2 weeks however I’ve come on a week late and it’s absolutely horrific. The pain with this one feels different still horrendous but a different pain compared to my usual dreaded pain and the clots I’m passing are different. The clots are more tissue like whilst being red/grey which is not my normal. Having endometriosis makes it difficult to know whether this is my normal period and it’s just different because as we all know they’re awful at the best of times.

Any advice?
