Spotting & cramps

Hey!

So I started having tenderness in my pelvic area, directly below belly button & top of pubic area on Saturday evening.

Today I noticed I started spotting. There was more blood when opening bowels & if I pushed on the tender area. I've been having cramping, period like feelings all day as well as feeling nauseous & hot flushes now & then. The pain is more a dull ache but annoying nonetheless.

I've now got an achy, gnawing sensation in my lower abdo.

Is this fairly normal for endo? My main concern is this is a new symptom for me (diagnosed endo but not lap confirmed)

I requested a phonecall from an on call nurse at lunchtime but not received one yet and don't want to make a deal if I'm overreacting to something thats normal.

These are definitely normal symptoms for me but there's no harm in chatting with a nurse if you're at all concerned.

Thank you. I was made to feel silly for phoning but it wasn't normal for me. At least I know not to worry in future
