hello,

Almost two months ago i had a laparoscopy of endometriosis excision. One week After surgery i was due to have my period and i had it it was really bad, well even before surgery my periods used to be very bad. But this week i was due to have another period and all started as normal first day i had spoting I thought i will start bleeding but spoting continued on and off , and i am not the 3 day of my period day but i am not bleeding 😳 i have period cramps and spoting only sometimes very very light but no proper blood..

Is this normal?!

Hi! Mine took a little while to return to normal, I had my first period a week after my op and it was nowhere near normal. I think I had, what I would consider, a normal period a few months after mine. I think it's normal for it to take a little while to return to your regular cycle, it's a pretty big surgery so it's only normal for everything to take a little but of time to return to its usual function.
