ENDOMETRIOSIS AND PMDD

hi everyone, this is my first post. I have recently had surgery for endometriosis/ adenomyosis. I also have PMDD as well as Ehlers Danlos syndrome. I’ve been recommended the combined pill but can’t decide which one to use. Has anyone tried the newer pills Zoely/ Qlaria/ Nextstellis? Or other pills that have worked for you- it’s important that the pill will help my mood and not make it worse with my PMDD! Thanks so much for any advice ☺️

I have endometriosis and pmdd as well. I was put on the progesterone only pill and it was horrific i wanted to die I went though lots of combined pills but I found femodette is the only one I can tolerate, feel like a normal human again much calmer and happier. It was almost instant from starting Femodette but everyone is doffeeent so it’s trail and error with these pills. Good luck
