It's been one year and I am in pain every single day, please anyone reply any help my vagina will be going to blast with pain

So sorry to hear. I am not in a good way at the moment either. The only thing I have found to help is to focus on gut health; clean diet, probiotics and vitamins. And lots of rest. Praying you feel better soon xx
