Lower back pain and vaginal pain

I have lower back pain so bad that I can't stand straight and walk ,oh my God I feel heat in my lower back with vaginal pain it is too much for me to handle it.i don't know what to do stuck in just waiting for a miracle to happen and doctors reach me, please help me I can't do anything my vagina,lower back,feets are very painful and top of it I am gaining weight like no limit, please find out some gynaecologists appointment for me this pain is getting worse day by day horrible life I don't know where to run when in so much pain living in hell where no medicine is stopping this pain .

Have you gone on a waiting list for an appt through the NHS?

Or is a private appt with a consultant something you could afford?

My lower back pain is really bad too, and I can feel a really strong ‘dragging down/ pulling’ feeling on one side.
