Hello, I have lots of pain during sex and want to try lubrication. We are trying to conceive and wondered if anyone had tips for safe lube that feels good and isn't harmful when trying to conceive. Thank you for any tips! And fingers crossed the lube helps

Yes Baby was a very good one. Not sure if it’s been rebranded or discontinued though as just tried to find it to send you a link. Worth investigating as it worked for us.

Thank you so so much for taking the time to reply, really appreciate it. I've been bombarded when googling with ads and influencers, really appreciate a genuine response. Thank you x

Is it this one? stressnomore.co.uk/yes-baby... the packaging might push my partner over the edge 😅

No probs at all! Yes it’s that one. Maybe it’s rebranded? We had it about 4 years ago. X

My pelvic physio recommends Yes and Sylk. I am using Babystart Fertilisafe which is paraben and phthalate free, I got it on Amazon. I conceived my daughter using this.

We use preseed, it's meant to be safe for trying for a baby. And it doesn't feel bad at all.

I’m not sure if this is suitable re getting pregnant but sea buckthorn oil supplements help with internal dryness and any other dryness you might be suffering from.

I’d recommend preseed as well. It comes with about ten applicators I think but to be honest we’ve just used a small amount straight for the tube, which also means the tube lasts longer.

Thanks everyone, we used the Ohnut and Yes Lube. The lube massively reduces my pain and no bleeding or after pain and the Ohnut stopped my partner going too deep. We successfully had intercourse and using the Ohnut gave the confidence and trust and now my body doesn't tighten up as much we don't need to use the Ohnut. Thank you everyone for taking the time to write out your wisdom, after 9 years of pain I'm so grateful. No pregnancy yet but at steps closer. Thank you again x
