no GP kidney infection

I’ve just signed up for new GP and receptionist told me it would be a 2 week turn around.

I had bad uti symptoms and went to pharmacist they suspects it’s a kidney infection as I have fever, vomiting, bloating, frequent peeing and painful peeing. Unable to hold my bladder, incontinece and gnawing back and pelvic pain as well as period with blood in my pee.

he gave me antibiotics for UTI ( trimethoprim) but told me I need stronger ones only doctor could prescribe .

I have work and cannot be off sick as I’ve already been off due to endo flare ups and will get another right up. I guess I could cal 111 after wolf tomorrow but wanted to check if anyone had advice here.

I know this is unending related but everyone in this forum is always helpful and answers

Hi I would cal 111 and they call back and give an app with local out of hours GP definitely worth doing. Drink plenty water rest up.

I would go straight to A&E with your symptoms 💛

If it was me I definitely would go to Out of hours walk in centre, something like that cannot be left.Hope you get the treatment needed.
