Sorry for this rant, just need to get it off my chest!
I had my laparoscopy last Tuesday where they diagnosed and treated my endometriosis.
Since then I have had infections, catheters, severe thrush and now a bloody UTI!!
I am so glad I’m not going back to work until a week Monday. The doctor won’t give me antibiotics for uti until my thrush clears but surely it’ll just be a circle!! Because as soon as I take the antibiotics I’ll get thrush, that’s why I’ve had thrush bad this time.
Just want it all to stop and I just want to recover

I am so sorry honey to hear that Hun, take it one day at a time. Hang in there, try to relax and stay strong and positive. Take as much rest you can drink fluids have VitC, lemonades and cranberry juice.
Ask for a flucanzole tablet and that’ll get rid of your thrush in 24 hours or less, then maybe he’ll give you the antibiotics and you’ll be able to start healing, hope it gets better xxx
As someone who used to get thrush after every period I properly sympathise with you, thrush is the absolute worst!!! Hope it clears up soon, keeping canisten cream in the fridge is proper soothing if that helps x
Thrush has taken so long to sort out! Can’t believe it. Never had it this bad before. I guess with the antibiotics and being run down it’s just been bad. I have woken up today and it’s a lot better though... fingers crossed! Glad I have this up coming week off work, I was due in Tuesday! Xx
Just try to take crushed raw garlic Katie lot of fluids and apple cider vinegar. I had a TAH BSO last month and just switched to natural remedies due to such complications. Stay positive and believe this will pass just love yourself. One big hug.
I had same thing after my lap, aparently it all quite normal, the only thing i would say is buy some cystitus sachets and drink loads water as antibiotics are just not good things to take all time they can play havoc with ur body . Mine went with all the water and the sachets i didnt even need the antibiotics.
